Effects of sickle cell on women's life ....

  Sickle cell is a Genetic Autosomal Recessive Disorder..I mean this disease can affect both men and women equally ... but I am telling you what I have experienced through my experience and discussion with people ..

    The physical effects of sickle cell on women are more pronounced when the age of the woman is 16 to 45 years (hormonal changes). Sickle cell crisis (pain,) is more prevalent. But when a woman is in reproductive age, factors like (Menstruations, Pregnancy, Psychological & Social Effect, Merrage & Carrier) etc. are responsible for this sickle cell crisis.

    If there is one factor that is more responsible for all this, it is the lack of knowledge of sickle cell. Only if there is awareness for the cell, then positive change can be brought ... We are trying to bring this positive change for the sickle cell in the society .... With the expectation of your support and cooperation ..
