1) I have completed MBBS from GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE.SURAT and currently working at ESIS (Employees state insurance scheme). ANKLESHWEAR (BHARUCH) AS A I / C MEDICAL
OFFICER.Govt Of Gujarat. Since 15 years

3 I am Mbbs and currently on duty in tribal area and have seen many sickle cell patients and I have lost my doctor sister due to sickle cell. .
4 Struggled at every stage of life ..Never let morale and focus fall..so that no difficulty could distract me from my goal.
5 I spend financially from my and my wife's salary .. (I do not want anyone to discuss this matter for your information)
6 years ago I started a registered NGO called Sickle Cell Awareness Foundation..which includes my doctor friends and my doctor wife..I have got the support and cooperation of volunteers and many health department friends.
7 My whole family supports me in body and mind in this sickle cell mass awareness campaign.
8 I Free Sickle Cell Public Awareness Center
1) Sagbara (Narmada) on the first Sunday; (2) Talodra (Zaghadiya, Bharuch) on the third Sunday.
Here I do free sickle cell medicine, diagnosis and counseling..I have been doing this for the last 5 years..and more than 5000 sickle cell sufferers diagnosed and guided
Has given .. More than 1000 sickle guidance seminars have been conducted in schools, colleges and tribal villages .9 Sickle cell is a hereditary disease and the only easy way to prevent it is to cultivate knowledge and true understanding. I have prepared volunteers from village to village for this purpose.
10 .As mentioned earlier, the important way to prevent sickle cell is to have a true understanding and knowledge. The person or organization who wants to help in this campaign can help me by giving a true understanding of sickle cell to the people and for that I will give them sickle cell information and necessary information free of cost.
11 We use digital social media to raise awareness among the people and to solve people's problems.
